Sonata Hotel

Good and clean rooms Very kind service Nice view! Unfortunately no breakfast available but a bunch of Restaurants nearby.

This is a perfect location if you have business in the Angelopolis area (I think it is the only hotel). It has a nice European design, but the rooms are a bit cold and dark. The staff is pretty good, but could be friendlier. The prices are usually very reasonable.

Just a normal Hotel. Personally I did not like high beds and the fact that fire alarm turned on at night! Was so loud and pretty uncomfortable. First time in my life I faced this in hotel Also the light of alarm in rooms is so distracting during sleep. And yes, I would add some chairs to rooms! Service is nice, we were lucky to meet friendly receptionist girl

Actually it offers value for money. Not a bad daily rate. Rooms are large and new with great views. Pool area is great. Next to Sonata shopping area. However, hotel only operating at 30% capacity. Which gives it a bit of a deserted feeling.

Beautiful new hotel. Luxury rooms. Nightlife is good. Plenty of restaurants and bars a walking distance. Very safe. Security is strong. Easy access to other parts of the city. Cosmopolitan environment.

Sonata Towers is an exceptional hotel! The property is spotless, the location couldn’t be better, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. But what truly makes this place stand out is the people — the staff is absolutely out of this world. Kind, patient, compassionate, and genuinely caring in a way you don’t often see. During our stay, my mother had an accident — she fell and fractured her wrist. The staff acted immediately and helped me take her to the hospital right across the street. The receptionist was an absolute angel: she even helped me order my medication over the phone and, once it arrived, she labeled each box with the correct instructions on how often it needed to be taken. I was blown away by her kindness. Every single day, the valet parking team and maintenance staff checked in on my mom, offering help and support. Their humanity and dedication truly touched our hearts. This hotel is more than just a comfortable stay — it’s a place where you feel cared for like family. I can’t recommend it enough!

This is a nice hotel located in a very accessible area for Puebla. I was able to walk almost everywhere, to my office, to restaurants, shopping, etc. The view from the hotel is very expansive and I really like the blackout curtains. The rooms were clean and quiet and the staff was friendly. I still have not figured out what the BAR downstairs is for as I saw NO service at all any time I was there. I like that there is a 24 hour convenience store located across from the lobby in the same building. It made it nice to go down in the middle of the night for a snack or drink. I would definitely stay here again.

I am a huge fan of this part of the city and the hotel was exactly what we expected. I had seen some poor reviews about room service and the fact that it is understaffed, however this was not an issue for us at all. Puebla is a city which is known for it's amazing cuisine, so why would anyone ever use room service? Especially with so many great places to eat nearby. I will say that it seemed understaffed, but they were always available for us and the room was much more than expected. Especially for the price. The view that we had of the volcanos and the rest of the city was awesome, and we liked the minifridges with complimentary drinks. We were able to buy food at the nearby grocery store and keep it in the fridges. It was clear that the hotel is new and has a little work to do, but we left there completely satisfied, and will definately be returning in the future.
